Notes Four sides of sheet music for the Karsino Valse, composed by Leslie Alleyn with words by R. & R. Stanley, enclosed in a cover advertising the Karsino hotel and concert pavilion, erected on the River Thames by the music hall and comedy entrepreneur Fred Karno. The inside covers show black and white views of the Karsino's interior with descriptive texts as well as a photograph of Karno himself. The front cover has a colour painting of a girl punting on the Thames in front of the Karsino.
